ARLO is lookng for a forever home....scroll down

UPDATE ON ARLO
Arlo may have a forever home if everything works out for his new mum Giselle. I will keep everyone posted. It is good news but sad for Rick and his wife who I am sure will be happy to see Arlo settled.

email from Rick
Hi Jenny,

Everything went well. We met up in Mandurah. Arlo was a bit nervous and Giselle's dog, Red, was quite eager to play with Arlo, but they seemed to be ok together. Giselle is happy to have Arlo and I think she would give him a good home. We are going to keep in touch until she has her house and holiday sorted out and then she will take Arlo. That way we can be sure he's settled in before we leave.

Thanks again for your help in finding a new home for Arlo. We'll let you know how everything goes.

Thanks again

Rick

Dear little Tess is a sweet little girl. She loves her walks, we went down The Cut looking for dolphins but no such luck today, I have not seen them for a while

Tess is Sam's sister she came to stay while Mum and Dad had a break in Margaret River.

Gloria and little big Zoe came for lunch. Glor is clever and grew these roses, I miss my Capel roses but really enjoyed these.

They grow up so quick don't they? She looks like a teddy bear and is a very sweet well behaved little girl

Enjoying her smacko

Hamish Hose and Sam get on well. On their walk up The Cut day one of them being together they both were very good

FOREVER HOME NEEDED FOR ARLO BELOW
This little man Arlo is waiting for a Forever Home as his parents are going back to the UK to live. The details are after these photos. Anyone interested contact me 0417 098 778 for details.

Hi Jenny,

Thanks for the reply. Arlo is a Chihuahua Blue. We believe he is a pedigree, but we don't have any papers. He's about 15-16 months old. Male but recently desexed. Had all his vaccinations including heart-worm and is microchipped.

He is a lovely dog who was in a family with a lot of young children. Although he was fine with them, because they kept picking him up and playing with him he got a bit stressed being such a small dog. He is still good with kids, but has settled down with us because he now has a quiet more sedate life 😊.

He is very loyal and always wants to be by your side. Likes sitting on your knee or at the side of you in an evening. Enjoys going for walks and is really a lovely little dog.

His only bad habit is that he gets into bed with you and under the bed clothes to snuggle up against your feet or legs. We are trying to train him out of that, but he still ends up jumping into bed about 4 or 5 in the morning when your asleep and you only realise he's there when you wake up or go to turn over and he's in the way. 😄

Ideally we are thinking he would suit an older couple and certainly someone who isn't out working all day as he does like company.

If you need to know anything else, let me know.

Again thanks for your help Cheers Rick

A swim and then Jasper and Sienna had a rest.

One of Sienna's birthday presents a towel with a hood, great idea when she is cold after swimming and it looks cute too.

Jasper is very clever for a 4 month old, he is a swimmer, straight in and swam to Sienna she was very proud of him it is a shame the beach was not as clean and clear as normal but they had fun.
